Q: The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
A: If you are buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country is customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada is customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country is customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately
Q: What if I need to return something?
A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
